About

I’m your host, Andreas Werder, an IT Consultant in Manhattan, New York. I started modeling in N scale in 2015 and I’m still learning. The CNJ Bronx Terminal, which I started in mid 2016, is my first real layout. Apart from railroad modeling, I’m an avid runner.

I have launched this blog more than half a year into the CNJ Bronx Terminal project and after I had finished a good portion of the raw track work. I wanted to make sure that I’d be able to deal with the numerous challenges of the project. While most of the blog content is or will be written in a prospective style, the initial contributions are retrospective.
